Funeral Services for Donn A. ?Randy? Harbor age 43 will be held at 2 PM on Monday January 23 2006 in Palm Coast United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Flagler Palms Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast on Sundaytoday from 5 until 7 PM.
Randy passed away at his home in Palm Coast on Friday January 20 2006. He was born in Milton FL on February 6 1962 to Earl Dyer Harbor and Gail Young Harbor. He was raised in Sheffield Alabama and was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving from 1982 ? 1988. Randy & his family moved to Palm Coast from Pensacola in 2003. Randy was the owner of Phases Contracting Inc. here in Palm Coast and he was a member of Palm Coast United Methodist Church.
Randy was preceded in death by his father Earl. He will be remembered as a very loving husband and father. Left to cherish Randy?s memories are his wife of 23 ½ years Cindy; sons Justin and Zack and his mother and step-father Gail & Vernon Pettus.
