Donald graduated from high school in Owego NY. He earned his BA
Degree from Hartwick College Oneonta NY a Masters of Science Degree in Education from Elmira College Elmira NY and an Educational Specialist Degree in Science Education from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne FL. He retired after 25years from Bethune-Cookman College in 2004 as Assistant Professor in Mathematics.
