Obituary

Dominick James Bosco, 87, of Port Orange, Florida passed away Thursday, May 1, 2025.  He was born on December 16, 1937 in Bridgeton, New Jersey.  He was an outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting small game and deer.  If he wasn't playing a sport he was watching his favorite teams like the Philadelphia Eagles, and his granddaughter's alma mater, the South Carolina Game Cocks.  He was an avid golfer and was proud of his handicap.  Most of all, Dominick was a family man.  He looked forward to spending time with family members – there didn't need to be an excuse to get together and share a meal with laughter.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Marie C. Bosco; brother-in-law, William "Skip" Maloney; and his parents, James and Carolyn (Manupello) Bosco.  He is survived by his daughter, Barbara A. Most (husband, Elmer Most); daughter, Jane B. McCormick (husband, Brent McCormick); sister, Betty J. Maloney; brother, James C. Bosco (wife, Linda Bosco); cherished granddaughter, Amanda M. Williams (husband, Michael Williams); and other extended family and friends.

There will be a Funeral Mass on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 8:30am at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church located at 4675 South Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange, Florida 32129.  Interment will be held privately at Daytona Memorial Park, Daytona Beach, Florida.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
