Dolores (Dee) DeCarlo, 85, of Ormond Beach passed on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

Dolores was born in Long Branch, NJ. She had lived in Arizona, Colorado, and Florida.

Dolores was a travel agent of over 40+ years. Her love for adventure sent her all over the world allowing her to share her experiences with her friends, family, and clients.

In her spare time, Dolores would tap into her artistic/creative side. For many years she was a member at the Daytona Beach Playhouse carrying out roles of set design, costume design, stage assistant, and actress. Several of her paintings have been displayed around town, and most recently City Hall.

Dolores never met a stranger. Her compassion, sense of humor, and selflessness enriched everyone's life she touched. She was a remarkable mother, daughter, sister, aunt, confidant, and friend. Heaven will be lucky to receive her.

Dolores is survived by Stefano DeCarlo, Maria De Carlo, Stella Hunt, Caroline Del Negro, Nieces, Nephews, and several grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 14th, 2024 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond, 733 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, 386-673-1100. A Reception will follow. The family requests that any flower arrangements be made with Best Wishes Flowers and Gifts 386-676-9200.
