Dolores Boisse Tribute

Loving Mother to Juliana and Trevor Boisse, formerly married to Paul Boisse, daughter of the late Rosemarie Giunta and William J. Hardiman, beloved sister to Michael Giunta of Waltham, MA; Michelle Deraney (Robert) of Shrewsbury, MA; Debbie Doherty of Waltham, MA; Margaret Cripps (Edward) of Columbia, SC; Charlene Schaeffer (Arthur) of Killeen, TX; and Mary Davern (Brian) of Sandown, NH, Auntie to Jeffrey, Anthony, Kerri, Sean, Matthew, William, Tiffany, Danielle, Alexa, AJ, Connor, Emily, Aidan, Logan, Frankie, Amber, Joshua, Michael, Judith, Genevieve, and Brooklyn, Dear Godmother, Niece, Cousin, Sister-in-Law and Friend to many.

Dolores was born on April 21, 1963 in Boston and was raised in Waltham, MA. She spent her summers swimming at the MDC Pool, attending Mass at Sacred Heart, and graduated from Waltham High School in 1982. She worked for 20 years at Marist Hill Nursing Home in Waltham as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she met her husband Paul and many cherished friends. Dolores thoroughly enjoyed music, singing, and dancing, which enabled her to express her passion for life and show her true colors.

She had a heart of gold that allowed her to spread joy, happiness, and empathy to the elderly, her family, and anyone lucky enough to cross her path. If you ever needed a good laugh or a shoulder to cry on, she was there for you! Dolores was a true warrior and a survivor – she always prevailed! She often shared fond memories of her youth roller-skating at the Wallex, eating fettucine alfredo at "The Chateau", dancing at Vincents, and shopping on Moody Street. She raised her beloved twins Juliana and Trevor in DeLand, Florida after many years residing in Waltham. She had a wonderful relationship with her in-laws, Judy, Al, and Brian, and was blessed with many friends throughout her life. She was devoted to her pets Corey, Beauty, and Beast. Her siblings, cousins, friends, and extended family meant the world to her and she had her own special way of letting us know how much she loved all of us.
