Barettella Dolores Ann 73 of Port Orange passed away on Saturday May 8th 2010 with her family at her side. Visitation is scheduled 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm Friday May 14th 2010 with a prayer service at 8:30 pm at the chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange 1201 Dunlawton Ave. Port Orange. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am Saturday May 15th 2010 at Church of the Epiphany 201 Lafayette Street Port Orange. Dolores the daughter of William and Cecilia Sari Molinelli was born in Brooklyn NY and raised in North Bergen NJ. She married Bernard A. Barettella her loving husband of fifty years and they had three loving children. Dolores had a fine taste for designing women's clothing and enjoyed drawing sketches. She had a special love for animals as well as for the kitchen as she loved cooking. The Barettellas made their home in Port Orange in July 1999. Left to cherish their memories together of their lives are her husband Bernard A. Barettella; her son Mark Barettella and his wife Wendy of Daytona Beach; her daughters Donna Picca and her husband Vincent of Monroe NC; and Debra Pelzer and her husband Frank of St. Augustine; five grandchildren; two brothers William Molinelli and his wife Rosemary of Hackensack NJ; David Molinelli and his wife Donna of Palm Coast; and two sisters Helen Matalone of Saddle Brook NJ and Joan Picinich of North Bergen NJ. Dolores was preceded in death by her loving parents. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 1707 N. Clyde Morris Blvd. Suite 140 Daytona Beach FL 32119.
