Diane Piucci Swain

Diane Piucci Swain, 62, of Edgewater, was chosen to be with the Lord on Friday, May 19, 2017. A Funeral Mass will be on Friday, June 2nd, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Church of the Epiphany Catholic Church, 201 Lafayette Street, Port Orange. Diane will be laid to rest next to her beloved "Mommy" Evelyn and her "Daddy" Nunci at the Woodland Cemetery.
Diane was born in Bronx, New York and was a long time resident of Rockland County, New York. In 1974 she moved to Florida, where she studied at International Hair Design and proudly ran her own salon. Diane loved writing so much that just recently attended Colorado Technical University for Creative Writing, where she made the Deans List.
She was predeceased by her Father Nunci J. Piucci in 2005 and Mother Evelyn M. Piucci in 2011. She is survived by her "Pookie" Bruce Denton, her brother Richard J. Piucci and sister Linda A. Saletel; She so loved all of her eight children Stephanie, Johnny, Danielle, Derrick, Jenilee, Tina, Sharalyn and John, nine grandchildren, a great-grandchild and many more whom she loved dearly. Arrangements are under the entrusted care of Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange.
