Obituary

Diane Therese (Provencher, Perry) Sullivan, 68 of Deltona, Florida, passed away peacefully after a long illness on April 30, 2026, at Halifax Health-Hospice Care Center in Orange City, Florida.

Born on July 12, 1957, in Manchester, N.H., she was the beloved daughter of Beatrice (Philibert) and Horace Provencher. She was a graduate of Manchester Memorial High School Class of 1975. Diane was a Registered Nurse and a Graduate of Rivier College with an associate’s degree, class of 1995.

Diane had a zest for life and enjoyed parties with family and friends, traveling, boating and a love for the beach. She will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile and spirit. Her laughter, compassion and strength will be remembered by all who knew her.

She is survived by siblings Ronald Provencher, Cecile (Ernest) Searles, Donald (Linda) Provencher, and many nieces and nephews who she loved. Diane was predeceased by her husband, Donald Sullivan and former spouse, Robert Perry.

Lohman Funeral Home is in charge of the final arrangements.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Diane will be laid to rest with her husband, Donald, at the New Hampshire State Veteran Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
