Dennis Brian Trimble 65 died Sunday at his Port Orange home after a short but courageous battle against cancer. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 5PM Friday May 11 2012 at the Baggett and Summers Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 3pm till service time at the funeral home. Dennis was a native Daytonan Dennis grew up loving Florida history and the great outdoors - especially the water. He loved all water sports from scuba diving as a young man to fishing and sailing. He worked most of his life as a banker counting his success by the times he helped the ""little guy"" build a solid future for his family. Survivors include his wife of 42 years Linda; a son Jeff Nashua N.H.; and a sister Denise Port Orange. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Johns River Alliance 2029 N.
