Funeral Service will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday March 4 2008 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond. Delbert was born in Jackson Township PA. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy having served his county during World War II. Mr. Smith retired from Halifax Hospital.
