Deborah L. Tarvin, 57, of Palm Coast, passed away on July 10, 2017 at Florida Hospital Flagler. She was born on December 14, 1959 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to John G. and Rose Anne Moorhead.

A Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Thursday July 13, 2017 at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30am on Friday July 14, 2017 at Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church, 915 North Central Avenue, Flagler Beach, FL 32136.

Deborah moved to this area in 1996 from Columbus, Ohio. She graduated from Daytona State College with a Nursing Degree. She was a registered nurse at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach and also for Medi Home Health Care. She enjoyed playing cards, puzzles and traveling.
Survivors include her daughter, Havener J. Closner; Father, John G. Moorhead, Sr.; one brother, John "Jack" G. Moorhead, Jr.; six sisters, Elizabeth "Lisa" A. Moorhead, Linda M. Niday, Jennifer J. Endres, Caroline I. Rader, Anne S. Moorhead and Cynthia G. Quigley.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Anne Havener Moorhead and by her son, Vincent Michael Ross Tarvin.

Memorial donations may be made in her memory to The Leukemia Society.
