Deanna Berry, 72, long time resident of Daytona Beach, formerly of Elmira, NY passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013.

Deanna was preceded in death by her parents James and Dolores and also by her beloved husband of 34 years John Berry and her great-grandchild Kinyin. She leaves behind a loving family who will mourn her absence. Her family includes her three loving sons; Jeff (Kelly), James and Jon, and her loving daughter Jodee Spaulding (Marcus). Deanna also leaves behind her grandchildren; Jennifer, Crystal, Sean, Cody, Allen and Courtney, and great-grandchildren; Hope Lynn, Dominick, Nijah and Alanyah.

Deanna, who was raised in Elmira, NY, will be remembered as a woman who was a mother to all. She was known as "Ma Berry" for her love and attention to neighborhood children. Weather they were in need of a meal or a place to stay or just to spend time. She moved to the Daytona Beach area with her husband John in 1968 and began a career as a beautician. Deanna was a beautician for over 40 years. She was also an avid bowler. Deanna will always be remembered as a caring and loving Mother, Wife and Friend.

A visitation will take place at the Baggett & Summers Funeral Home, Saturday October 26, 2013 from 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers the immediate family is accepting donations, inquiries may be made at Baggett & Summers Funeral Home.
