David W. Haley age 56 of Daytona Beach Passed away at his residence on Sunday March 8 2009. Mr. Haley was born in Muskogee OK to James and Wilma Haley he was a proud veteran of the US Army and dedicated his talents as a Hydraulic Specialist in the Oil industry. At the age of 25 he was in a tragic accident which left him paralyzed though his courageous battles he survived far beyond what the doctors expectations. David was a member of the Paralyzed Veterans of America and before his accident enjoyed jogging cooking fishing shooting pool traveling having a good meal and his best friend "Boots" his pup. He will best be remembered for the way he made you feel good regardless of what he was saying. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother Wilma Snodgrass 2 sisters; Sandee Hicks and Susan Byrd a brother William (Yasmine) Haley 7 nieces and nephews Jeff Lisa and Evan Byrd Aaron Garcia Robert Murph and Carolyn and Samantha Haley. He was preceded in death by his father in 1986.
