Funeral Services for Darrel Carnell age 81 of Ormond Beach who passed away Friday December 16 2005 will be held Tuesday December 20 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church with Father George Savas officiating. His family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday evening December 19th with a Trisagion service at 7:30 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond.
Darrel Carnell was a retired County Judge and a WW II army veteran serving in the 89th infantry. He was a native resident from a pioneering Ormond Beach family. Judge Carnell was a member of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church and was active in the church choir for many years.
Survivors include his wife Erna his stepson Gregory Bandlow of Lakeland FL two grandchildren Jessica and Jennifer Bandlow sister-in-law Gia Michael Hogan cousins and many friends.
