Funeral Service for Darell L. Treadway 72 of Ormond Beach who passed away on Tuesday July 24 2007 will be held Saturday July 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Sledge officiating. His family will receive friends on Friday July 27 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona. Darell was born in Sylvia North Carolina on January 19 1935. Darell moved to Daytona Beach in 1966 and was a well known local businessman and property owner. He loved antique cars and woodworking and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Charlotte Treadway of Bremerton Washington his sister Vree Gentile and her husband a brother Terrill Treadway three daughters Cynthia Copeland and her husband Tina Treadway and Shelly Berube three sons Darell Treadway and his wife Robert Treadway Darryll Covington and his wife nine grandsons four granddaughters and eight great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents Delis and Edna Treadway and one daughter Charlene Oakley. He always be loved and remembered. Remembrances may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
