Daniel Bradford Bond 64 of Port Orange passed away September 7 2013. A Visitation will be held in his honor Friday September 13 2013 from 2pm to 4pm at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond. The Funeral Service will immediately follow at 4pm in the Lohman Funeral Home Ormond Chapel.
Daniel grew up in the Daytona Beach area. He graduated from Mainland High School and attended DBCC for trade school. Daniel was skilled in various fields and worked as a sheet metal mechanic and in elevator repair. Daniel earned his Master Plumber certification. He worked several years for Joel Smith Plumbing and ultimately purchased the business. Daniel retired after over 20 years in the plumbing trade.
Daniel will be remembered for his love of hunting and fishing. His passion though was his family. He loved spending time with grandchildren. Daniel was known for his kind heart and would do anything to help his friends and family.
Daniel will be sadly missed by his wife of 34 years Phyllis Bond of Port Orange; his son David Bond (Lois) of Ormond Beach; his daughters Jammie Overholt of Cleveland GA Sharon Carter (David) of Port Orange and Susan Vigo (Jorge) of South Daytona. Daniel is survived by his sister Gail Barnwell (Bill) of Ormond Beach and brothers Robert Pavelo of Ormond Beach and Dennis Bond. Uncle Dan "UD" will be sadly mourned by his nieces and nephews.
