A Memorial Service for Corey Joseph Ward will be held at 2:00pm Saturday September 19 2009 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach FL with the family receiving friends for a gathering from 1:00 to 2:00pm prior to the service. Born on January 31 2008 in Ormond Beach FL Corey was a playful and energenic child who played all day until his bedtime. He was very curious and loved to play with all kinds of balls. He was very affectionate and was truly loved by all. Survivors include his mother Nancy Girard; his loving stepfather Mark Girard; brothers: Christopher Girard & Connor Girard; a sister Rebecca Girard; grandparents: Darlene & Ronald Story; maternal grandfather Charles Nelson; an aunt Melissa Nelson; his bubby James Tortora and lots of great aunts & uncles and lots of loving friends.
