Corey Taylor Bemusdaffer went home to be with the Lord on Thursday January 28, 2016 due to injuries from a car accident.

Corey was born on March 28th 1991 at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, FL, and attended Spruce Creek High School. Corey enjoyed the ocean life, but he especially loved fishing, boating, and surfing. Corey is known for loving his family and friends and his beautiful son Hudson. Corey touched many people and left a lasting impression with everyone with whom he came in contact. He will be truly missed by those who knew and loved him more than anything.

Corey is preceded by his Grandfather Harold Gene McPherson and is survived by his Father Jeff Bemusdaffer, his Mother Tina McGinley, his Stepfather Mike McGinley, his son Hudson Taylor Bemusdaffer, his brother Kyle Bemusdaffer, his sisters Kayla Bemusdaffer and Caitlin McGinley, his grandparents Ann Solomon, Ann Monroe, and Jerry Bemusdaffer, and the rest of his extended family including many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of Corey's life will be held at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange, 201 Dunlawton Ave., at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb 12, with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
