Cora Mae Soper passed away peacefully August 28 2010 after a brief but courageous struggle with an illness at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Daytona Beach. Cora was 70 years old born in Gaithersburg Maryland on June 19 1940 daughter to William Royer and Grace Mae Gregg-Royer. Left to cherish her memories are her two-sons Adam Soper of Orlando FL and John Soper and his wife Geraldine of Bellevue FL; her brother Walter Royer of Ridgeley WV; and her only grandchild Jacob Carlyle Soper. Cora is predeceased by her son James Fenton. Cora celebrated her life with lots of family and dear friends moving to Flagler County in August of 1990. She enjoyed crafts; singing especially in the Nursing Home Talent Shows; bingo and her most favorite was chocolate candy. A Memorial Service in honor of Cora will take place on September 14 2010 at 5PM at the United Methodist Church in Palm Coast 5200 Belle Terre Parkway Palm Coast FL.
