March 14, 1935 – June 12, 2025
Constance Wilson Treloar (Connie) passed away on Thursday, June 12th, 2025. She was predeceased by her husband, Hugh Sandeman Budd Treloar, MD. Born in Atlanta, Mrs. Treloar graduated from Washington Seminary (now Westminster Schools) and received her B.A. degree from Duke University in 1957. She was President of the Atlanta Junior League and the Northwood Garden Club. She also served as a trustee of both the Atlanta Symphony and the Georgia Conservancy. In 1982, she married Budd Treloar, MD, whom she had known when he was a student at Emory University in Atlanta. She and her two children moved to Ormond Beach, FL. In Ormond Beach, she served as President of the Garden Club of the Halifax Country; on the Board of Commissioners of Halifax Medical Center; on the Board of the Museum of Arts and Sciences of Daytona Beach; and on the Board of Ormond Memorial Art Museum. Mrs. Treloar also served on the Vestry of St. James Episcopal Church, where she was twice Senior Warden. She was Sustaining Chair of the Daytona Junior League and was also a member of the National Society of Colonial Dames of America, the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Magna Carta Dames.
Mrs. Treloar is survived by her two children, Ernest Ralph Paris, III (Caroline Bleke Paris) and Constance Paris Yuschok (Thomas Joseph Yuschok, MD); her step-children, Patricia Jean Treloar, Carol Treloar Virelles (Moises Alexander Virelles, MD), Stephen Budd Treloar (Connie Moore Treloar); grandchildren, Alexander Bleke Paris, Isabel Stevens Paris, Joseph Sandeman Yuschok, Annahart Yuschok, Alden Moises Virelles (Rebecca Carstens), Benjamin Judd Virelles (Taylor Podder Virelles), Samantha Jean Treloar, Allyson Louise Treloar Bohan (Louis Bohan); great-grandchildren, Mila Aurora Virelles and Kemper Rose Virelles; brother, Alexander Erwin Wilson, III (Virginia Cammack WIlson); and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services for friends and family will be held at St. James Episcopal (38 S. Halifax Dr., Ormond Beach, FL) at 4 PM on Saturday, June 28th, 2025, followed by a burial at Hillside Cemetery (143 Seton Tr., Ormond Beach, FL).
Donations will be gratefully received by the Endowment Fund of St. James Episcopal Church (38 S. Halifax Dr., Ormond Beach, FL) and by Halifax Health - Hospice Ormond Beach Care Center (235 Booth Rd., Ormond Beach, FL).
