Connie B. Brisbane 84 of Palm Coast Florida passed away January 19 2011 at Halifax Hospital; Palm Coast FL. Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 26th from 10 am to the Funeral Service at 11 am at the First African Methodist Episcopal Church 91 North Old Kings Road Palm Coast FL Phone 386-446-5759. Interment to immediately follow at Daytona Memorial Park Daytona Beach Florida. Connie was born in Orlando Florida and moved to the Palm Coast area in 1987. She attended Jamaica high school in Queens New York and worked for Montefiore Hospital in New York as a Nurse until her retirement in 1983. Connie loved the quiet life. She loved getting lost in a good book and cooking for her family. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her. Connie was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Thomas and two brothers Harold and Leroy. She is survived by one son Thomas Brisbane and his wife Deirdre of NY two daughters Verica and Wanda both of NY and one sister Inez Howell of Florida.
