Clyde Carl Williams 1932 ? 2006Funeral Services for Clyde Carl Williams age 73 of Palm Coast will be held at 7 PM on Monday July 17 2006 in the chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast. The family will receive friends from 2 ? 4 PM & 6 -7 PM prior to the service. Mr. Williams passed away at his home in Palm Coast with his loving family by his side on Wednesday morning July 12 2006. Born in Trinidad on December 9 1932 to Henry & Henrietta Kennedy Williams; Clyde came to the U.S. settling in Philadelphia PA in 1990. He moved to Palm Coast from Philadelphia in 2005. As a young man Clyde was a barber. He operated his own barber shop in Trinidad in his teens and twenties; and still practiced his skills later in life. Clyde also worked as a security guard for Pennsylvania Hospital United Bank & Scottish Rite and was chief of security for Brinks Security in Trinidad. Clyde also had a great love of crafts; he enjoyed making birdhouses and kites and he enjoyed the challenges of ?building a better mouse trap?. Clyde was a member of Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Philadelphia where he served as a Deacon and a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Palm Coast. Clyde will be remembered for all of the love he shared with his adoring family and the many lessons he taught to them.Left to cherish their memories of Clyde are his beloved wife of 41 years Julie; daughters and sons in law Yvette & Wendell Dehaney of W. Palm Beach Dr. Ingrid & Richard Legall of Palm Coast and Beverly & Courtney Philbert of Philadelphia; son Sean Williams of Philadelphia; grandchildren Cassandra Melissa Kandis Nicholas Brytney Jason & Ethan; and sisters & brother Muriel Andalcio Althea St. Jules and Adrian Williams all of Trinidad.In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations in Clyde?s memory may be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler Woodbriar Tr.
