Clayton R. Blake 83 of Edgewater Florida passed away June 15 2009. He was born on June 6 1926 in Bownes Corners NY. As a young man he proudly served our Country in the US Navy. After returning from the service he attended Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis MO which is where he received his Bachelors Degree. He then went into business with his brother in Rochester NY before starting his own chiropractic business twenty years later. Several years after Clayton retired he and his loving wife Barbara to whom he was married 63 years relocated to Edgewater FL. Clayton loved to go boating fishing and hunting whenever he could. He loved the outdoors and the vacations he spent with his family camping. Clayton will be remembered most for his wonderful sense of humor his caring nature and unending support for his family. He was a loving husband father grandfather and great-grandfather and will be dearly missed. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Barbara; daughters Debbie (Stephen) Wendelglass of Tarpon Springs FL Vickie (Dennis) Konieczny of Edgewater FL; brother Mahlon Blake of Rochester NY; grandchildren Kimberly Eric Valerie and Clayton; six great-grandchildren and nephew Brian Blake of Rochester NY. Services will be private.
