Clarence Allen O'Neal passed away on October 2, 2013. He was born on May 15, 1930 in Warsaw, Missouri. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Clarence was married to Elsie for 38 years. They had 6 children, 5 surviving; Patricia Havermale of St. Louis, MO, Elly Andrews, Melody Nichols, John Burton of Quincy, IL and Lisa Cassidy of Deltona, FL. One deceased Daughter Pamela Thomas of Quincy, IL.

He had 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. He was one of 13 children, 6 surviving Ester Sedelmeir, Betty Harvey, Margaret Dixon of Quincy, IL. Harriet Andrews of Beardstown, IL. Charles O'Neal of Lewistown, MO and Philip O'Neal of Durham, MO.

He loved the Navy. Clarence was a retired Chief Petty Officer and he was a retired Surgery Unit Manager with Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 11:00am at Deland Memorial Park Cemetery, 600 East Beresford Avenue, Deland, FL.
