Clarence Leroy Norberg, 96, passed away Saturday Jan 9 ^th 2021, peacefully in his sleep. Clarence is the son of the late George W. and Tillie (Lundbeck) Norberg and was born May 6, 1924 in Butte, ND. He was raised in the Butte area and attended Dogden District School. On Dec 11, 1946, Clarence entered the United States Army and served his country during World War II. Upon receiving his honorable discharge in 1948, he worked for Peter Kiewit and Company Construction. As a supervisor, his job took him through the upper north, Mid and Eastern States building roads, bridges and dams. One dam that he was especially proud of being part of the build was the Garrison Dam in North Dakota.

Upon retirement Clarence moved to Killdeer, ND, to be near family and in 1985 he move to Palm Coast Fl, to continue his life of retirement near his beloved children. He enjoyed traveling with family to Las Vegas, the many casinos in North Dakota, California and New York.

Clarence was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church where he was baptized and confirmed and also a member of the Barrows Erza American Legion Post #46 of Killdeer.

Clarence is survived by his beloved wife Margaret Norberg (Zabolotny) of 72 years, and children, Corinne (James) Smith, Connie (d. Jay) Norberg, Mark (Marny) Norberg.

Left to mourn are his sister, Eunice Teyler, grandchildren, Paul (Erin) MacFarland, Kevin (Laurie) Smith, Brian (Christy) Smith, and 7 great grandchildren.

Clarence was proceeded in death by his parents; son, Ricky Norberg; brothers, Floyd (Dorothy), Earl (Marjo), Gerald (Lila & Arlene), Arnold, Glenn (Lena), Dale (Dorothy), Richard; sister, Marjorie (Walter)
