Clara S. Pinnell age 90 of Deland Fl. Crossed over after a short illness on the 18th of April 2011. Funeral services and interment will take place in West Virginia.
Clara was born in Abrahams West Virginia to William "Silas" and Della Smith. She dedicated her talents as a Manager of GC Murphy/Ames Retail Stores. She enjoyed working her crossword puzzles traveling with her husband and keeping a small garden and was a proud retired member of the R.R. Club in Deland and the 1st Baptist Church of Deland. She was preceded in death by her 3 husbands: Bronzie Fox Roy Childs and Warren Pinnell a brother Ray Smith and 4 sisters Pansey Plumley Audra Hurley Dora Adkins and Myrtle Adkins and she leaves behind to cherish her memory a son; Lyle Fox Beckley WV a sister Ruby Pumley and family also of Beckley WV. 2 granddaughters: Kimberly Haymaker & Family Charleston NC Michele Staker and Family Cool Ridge WV and 4 great grandsons: Lance Logan Noah and Zachary.
