Claire Hyde 79 of Port Orange passed on Saturday April 30 2011.

Claire was born in Haverhill Massachusetts on June 30 1931 to the late Bernardin and Gertrude Beaudoin.

She retired after many years of working in the retail industry as a Bookkeeper for a hardware store in Massachusetts.

Claire was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed spending time with her family reading completing puzzles and playing board games. She also had a great love for cats owning as many as nine at one time.

She is preceded in death by her parents Bernardin and Gertrude Beaudoin brother Kenneth Beaudoin and sister Barbara Leathers.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 46 years Kenneth Hyde of Port Orange sons Roger (Randy) Brown of Greenville SC Dana (Janice) Brown of Cherryville NC daughters Kim (Peter) DeMaranville of Newburyport MA Lisa (Anthony) Cecere of Ormond Beach and many loving grandchildren great grandchildren and a multitude of friends.
