Herring and Muriel Herring Jackson Christy was a former accounting consultant. She loved the ocean dancing and music driving cars and loved her son Aaron along with her family. Survivors include her mother Muriel Herring Jackson of Ormond Beach; her father Samuel K. Herring of Goldsboro NC; her son Aaron of Tobyhanna PA; her husband Elbert McClain of Tobyhanna PA; her brothers: Samuel AB Herring of Penbrook Pines FL & Joshua Allen Herring of Rochester NY; her paternal grandmother Mary F. Herring of Rose Hill NC along with her aunts: Catherine Cynthia Veronice Joyce Frances & Marena along with her uncles: Edward Harry Joseph Gabe and Kenneth.
