Cheryl A. Rapoano of South Daytona, Florida passed away on Monday, January 12th, 2026. Cheryl was born August 30th, 1960, in Petaluma, CA to Edward and Ann Smith. Cheryl served in the United States Air Force. After her time in the Air Force, Cheryl began a career in the land title industry and went on to become a certified land title closer and test examiner with the Florida Land Title Association. Cheryl worked with Southern Title for over 25 years and also began working at Publix in the mid 2000's. The people that she worked with were not just colleagues to her, they were her extended family.

In her free time Cheryl loved to spend time with her family at the beach, on the water, or enjoying delicious food.

Cheryl is survived by her loving husband, Roger, her two children, Shannon and Edward, and two granddaughters, Emily and Lydia.

As we mourn her loss, let's remember Cheryl for her radiant spirit, vibrant personality, and her caring soul. May she rest in peace.
