Charlotte Pearson, 72, of Port Orange, passed away on September 23, 2018 at Flagler Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bunnell, Florida.  She was born on July 31, 1946 in Lawrence, Kansas to the late Roy and Mary Ridgeway. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00pm on Friday October 5, 2018 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond, 733 W. Granada Boulevard, Ormond Beach, Florida, 32174. Charlie moved to Port Orange, Florida in 1965 from California.  She earned an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Daytona State College.  In December 1998 she retired as an Administrator of Nursing. Charlie loved to ride her motorcycle, crochet, knit, and was an avid dog lover. Most of all she loved to help others and that is why she chose a career in nursing. Survivors include her daughter, Tina Sheets; a son, Erik Pearson and his wife Lachrisha of Gulf Port, Mississippi; a brother, Larry Bridgeway of Ormond Beach, Florida; three grandchildren, Matthew Sheets of Bunnell, Florida, Kayleigh Sheets and her fiancé, Daniel Langhorne of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Dylan Pearson of Gulf Port, Mississippi.  She is also survived by her beloved companion, her dog, Rocky, whom she loved dearly.
