Charles A. Stimpson 91 of Palm Coast FL. a native of Jamaica W.I died Saturday May 14 2011 in the comfort of his home. Visitation will be held Saturday May 21 2011 from 10 am until the Funeral Service at 11 am at the Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast 220 Palm Coast Pkwy Palm Coast FL. Interment to immediately follow at the Daytona Memorial Park 1425 Bellevue Ave Daytona Bch FL. Mr. Stimpson retired as a Hardware Production Machinist from the EMHART Corporation in Berlin Conn. in 1986. He became a resident of Florida in 1988 having moved to Pinellas Park and then to Palm Coast in 1992. Mr. Stimpson was well connected within the local community a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church and very much enjoyed gardening and playing dominos. Survivors include his sister Myrtle Clearwater Fl.; daughter Sybil Spring Lake NC; granddaughter Helen (Joy-Joy) spouse Jasper and son Brandon Cameron NC; Niece Antoinette & spouse Winston a close acquaintance Ms. Rose Fisher and best friend Leslie Strachan whom he met in 1962 upon his travels to the United States from England U.K. Condolences may be shared with the family online at www.Lohmanfuneralhomes.com
