He also loved riding his tractor working his garden along with cane grinding to make his favorite cane syrup. After retirement he spent 20 years enjoying the lake house where friends and family gathered for water sports, barbecues and fellowship. Louis enjoyed telling stories about the good old days talking about his best friends that he grew up with his hunting and fishing buddies and his family. For years, Louis always had a fine garden at Lester Spivey's place (Mark's grandfather) and honey bees which were placed in different great places where the bloom was for that time of year-Orange Blossom, Gallberry and Saw Palmetto.
Louis loved the "OLE TIME WAYS OF LIFE" and his parents.
