Charles ""Chuck"" Livingston 70 of South Daytona passed away on January 4 2009. A Celebration of Life will be held in the chapel of Baggett-Summers Funeral Home 736 S. Beach Street Daytona Beach at 2 p.m. Thursday January 8 2009. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday January 7 2009 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Chuck was born on January 3 1939 in Chicago Illinois. He was Catholic. Chuck was a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the National Guard. He moved to this area 35 years ago and retired from the City of Daytona Beach after many years of service. He was a member of the VFW Post 1590 The American Legion Post 361 and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles # 4401. He is preceded in death by his wife Marie Livingston. Survivors include his two sisters Shirley Baker of Chicago IL. and Betty Moseley of Hanover Park IL. His brother Raymond Livingston Jr. of Deer Park MN.; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
