Charles Hart
, 71, of Palm Coast, passed away on April 28, 2018 at his residence. He was born on March 24, 1947 in New Rochelle, New York to the late Philip and Dorothy Hart. He retired after many years as a Police officer with the Westchester County Police Department in New York. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, as well as the Marines and the National Guard. Charles was a volunteer Firefighter with the Fire Departments in Palm Coast and Bunnell.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Ann of Palm Coast; son, Thomas Hart of Palm Coast; daughter, Tina-Marie Hart of New York City; and a brother, William Hart of New Mexico.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to, Vitas Hospice Care, Team 215, 4 Old Kings Road N., Palm Coast, FL 32137.
