Chandrakant Parkhani (C.K.) passed away on June 13, 2023 in Ormond Beach Florida.  Son of Amritlabhail and Narabdaben, husband of Jasmina, and father to Yatin and Maya, he was born in Kolkata, India on January 15, 1940. Graduating from University of Michigan in 1963, he worked as a chemical and industrial engineer until 1978 when he moved to Florida and ventured into entrepreneurship with his own successful business "Ormond Rental" which he ran for 27 years.

A spiritual person, he supported various causes, including the renovation of the Hindu Mandir of Daytona Beach. After retiring in 2005, C.K. enjoyed a content life full of travel, activities, family and friends. Chandrakant was a loving father, caring husband, and friend to many – always ready to extend support and a helping hand in the community.  With a big heart and keen mind, he was secure in all he did.
