A Funeral Mass for Celeste (Celestina) Siulte, 90, of Palm Coast will be celebrated on Thursday, August 23, at 11:30 AM at Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church, 915 North Central Avenue, Flagler Beach, FL.  The family will also receive friends the day before, on Wednesday, August 22, from 4-6 PM at Lohman's Funeral Home, 220 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Palm Coast, FL.

Celeste, a resident of Palm Coast for the past 20 years since moving from Queens, NY passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018.  She was born in Zarasai, Lithuania, the only child of the late Jurgis & Ona Mickeviciute Veleikis.  The family of  3 relocated to Germany in 1944, where Celeste met & married the late Vladas Siulte.  In 1949 they moved with their 2 sons, along with Celeste's parents, to Columbia, South America on a ship with other war torn refugees.  They eventually settled in metropolitan New York in 1956.  Celeste was a retired international export supervisor for Standard Oil Automotive Parts.  She had a big heart, loved animals, enjoyed life, had many friends & was famous for hosting lavish dinner parties through the years both in NY & Palm Coast.  She leaves behind 2 sons, Rimas Siulte & wife Patricia, Arunas Siulte & wife Rasa, granddaughter Kristina Tolsma, grandson Vytas Siulte & wife Aimee, great grandson Dillon Tolsma & 2 great granddaughters Ali Tolsma & Claire Tolsma.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Celeste's name to the American Heart Association.
