Cecelia Rose Wrobel, 80, passed away on July 12, 2022 after a long illness. She is survived by her life partner Paul Marcinuk of Deland, Florida and her daughter Deborah Beach(William) of Hayden, Idaho. She is also survived by her sister Averill Blachford(Richard) of Lawrence, Massachusetts and sister Elizabeth Bibeau of Methuen, Massachusetts. She also leaves behind her beloved dog Artimus. She is predeceased by her father William Todd and her mother Aileen Averill.
