Catherine "Cathy" Montell 79 of Palm Coast Florida passed away on April 6 2012. Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 10 2012 from 9am until the Mass of Christian Burial at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church followed by interment at Daytona Memorial Park Daytona Beach FL. All arrangements are under careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast. Cathy was born on Long Island New York to the late Joseph and Sophie Swander moving to Palm Coast Florida in 1995. Cathy enjoyed reading gardening her friends and shopping. She retired from Locust Valley Central School District on Long Island after 32 years of service. Cathy was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 8696 Palm Coast St. Elizabeth Ann Seton AM Guild and an active member of the church. Cathy was preceded in death by her husband Norman. She is survived by her daughter Penny Jordan of Deltona and sister Barbara Williams of Orlando. She was also the loving Nana to granddaughter Leigh Anne and great-grandson CJ.
