Catherine M. Haley, 91, of Daytona Beach, Fl., formerly a resident of Toms River, N.J. passed away Monday, March 6 in Port Orange, Fl. "Katy" as she was known by family and friends, was predeceased by her parents, Carmela and Felix Melillo, her first husband, Frank Baiamonte, her loving second husband of forty years, Paul Haley, two brothers, Michael and Anthony Melillo, and her son Philip Baiamonte. Those left behind to Cherish Katy's memory include her son Joseph Baiamonte (Kay), daughter Linda Swaykos (Joe), her daughter-in-law Juanita Baiamonte, step children Brian Haley and Colleen Acord (Jimmie), six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren one great-great grandchild and many dear friends. Katy was a wonderful Mom, a loving Grandma, and a true friend. She never met a stranger and always had a kind word; she will be sadly missed by all those who knew her. A Memorial Service will be held for Catherine on Saturday, March 18th in the chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona, 1425 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach. A gathering of family and friends will take place one hour prior to the service.
