Catherine Fahey 88 of Daytona Beach went home to be with the Lord on Saturday September 9 2012 while surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on August 25 1924 to the late Patrick and Elizabeth Twomey in Cork Ireland. Catherine moved to the Daytona Beach area in 1982 with her late husband T. Richard who passed away in 2004. Catherine was an active member at Our Lady of Hope Church. She will be greatly missed by her sister in-law Gloria Twomey; nieces and nephews Patrick (Margot) Twomey John (Olga) Twomey Gloria (Chris) Lavorata Thomas (Lisa) Twomey Kevin Casey Kathy Casey Michael Casey and many cousins.
A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday September 14 2012 at Our Lady of Hope of Port Orange at 8:30AM. Burial will follow at Daytona Memorial Park. Friends and family members may call at Baggett & Summers Funeral Home on Thursday September 13 2012 from 6-8PM.
