A memorial service will be held for Carolyn Johns at Faith Church 4700 Clyde Morris Boulevard Port Orange FL 32129 on Wednesday July 20 2011 at 11:00 A.M. Carolyn J. Johns age 82 passed away peacefully on Saturday July 16 2011. She was the loving wife of the late Jake Johns in which they shared 32 years of a beautiful marriage together. Carolyn is survived by her sister Mary Jo and four loving sons Michael (Sherry) Danny (Dianne) Patrick (Annette) and Tim (Susan). The family has wished to honor Carolyn's siblings who have gone before her. Brother William Johnson and sisters Doris Shirley and Norma. Carolyn had a "green thumb" and spent most of her free time tending to her plants. She was a fine cook and enjoyed shopping like any other woman would. Carolyn leaves behind her 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She will be remembered most by her unconditional love she provided for her family and now at peace with her favorite puppy dog Charlie.
