GIELLO, Caroline

Caroline "Carol" Giello, 88, of Palm Coast, passed away on May 5, 2017 at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach. She was born on July 7, 1928 in Dunmore, Pennsylvania and moved to this area in 2001 from Stamford, CT.
A Visitation will be held from 1:00pm til 2:00pm on Friday May 12, 2017 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home, Daytona. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm also in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona. Interment will follow in Daytona Memorial Park, 1425 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach.
Carol was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Palm Coast. She loved cooking, watching golf and taking care of her family. She had the patience of a Saint.
Survivors include her three sons, James Giello, Daniel (Jane) Giello and Steven (Joanne); four grandchildren, Jessica, Sophia, Isabella and Ashlee; and two great-grandchildren, Jordin and Zoiee. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Tina.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Vincent "Jimmy" Giello; her son, Gerald Giello; her siblings, Theresa, Molly and August; and her parents, Peter and Mary Gentile.
Memorial Donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
