Funeral Services for Caroline G. Christopher 91 of Port Orange who went home to be with her Lord on July 27 2007 will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday July 31 2007 at the Port Orange Chapel of Lohman Funeral Homes with Pastors Howard and Ramona Chadwick officiating. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park. Caroline was born on August 7 1915 to the late William and Bertie Greenly in Denton Maryland. She worked as a secretary until after 13 faithful years of employment she retired from DBCC as secretary to the head of the maintenance department. Caroline was a charter member of The Living Cornerstone Church in Port Orange and enjoyed teaching the Old Testament in Bible Studies that she held. In addition to her active church life she loved to do crossword puzzles and adored cats. Caroline leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Sylvia (Chris) Roberts; granddaughter Ryan Elizabeth Spano; nephew William G. Greenly of Maryland; nieces Lititia Cahill of Massachusetts Karen Stark of North Carolina and Martha Bill of California and many dear friends.
