Carol Ann Bostwick-Bailey 71 of Port Orange passed away on February 4 2011 in Daytona Beach. There will be a Celebration of her life on Wednesday February 9 2011. The family will receive friends from 3-4pm with a 4 pm service at the LOHMAN FUNERAL HOME PORT ORANGE 1201 Dunlawton Ave. Port Orange. Carole was born in Endicott N.Y and moved to Florida in 1981. She worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor winning an ""Outstanding Achiever"" award her first year. Carole was named Handicapped Professional Woman of the Year in 1987. She also earned a Bachelor's Degree from Suny-Binghamton University. Carole loved being outdoors gardening fishing traveling reading and most importantly spending time with her loving family and friends. She was a strong independent woman and her passion in life was helping others. Carole leaves behind her Mother: Laurilla Laszewski; Daughter: Kelly Hurst; Son: Tim Weslar; two grandsons: Logan and Zachary; and many close cousins.
