Carol " Pat" Stanford, May 3, 1933 - Nov 13, 2013 of Palm Coast. A memorial service will be at 2:00PM, Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 at Palm Coast United Methodist Church. Interment will be 11:00 AM, Monday, Nov. 18, 2013 at Jacksonville National Cemetery. Surviving in death are three daughters Barbi (David) Leighow of Salem, Oregon; Pam Adams of Tallahassee, FL and Patti (Joe) Moxley of Sebastian, FL; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and her loving companion Jetta.
Pat was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ellis.
Pat was an avid reader and supporter of the Public Library system. She also was an expert quilter, meeting with her group of friends every Friday. She also played mahjong and bunco with friends on Monday. She volunteered at the Florida Hospital Flagler Auxiliary for many years, including serving as president for 3 years.
