A Memorial Service for Carol Hollingworth 58 of Ormond Beach formerly of Hampton NH who died tragically on October 15 2009 will be held at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond 733 W Granada Blvd Ormond Beach at 2:00pm on Thursday October 22 2009. The family will receive friends Thursday October 22 2009 from 1pm to 2pm at Lohman Funeral Home.

Carol was born in Boston MA to Frederick and Dorothy Flaherty. She was a devoted wife mother and grandmother. She spent many years as a teacher for the Exeter School District in Exeter NH as well as serving many years on the Hampton NH School Board. Following her retirement she and her husband spent their time playing golf tennis bocce ball and a afternoon at the beach. Her laughter kindness and outgoing personality endeared her to everyone that knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years Kenneth three daughters Shannon and her husband Andrew Robinson of Epping NH Kerry and her fianc Paul Quinn of Hampton NH and Kate of Dover NH and two granddaughters Grace and Ava Robinson of Epping NH. Four brothers Paul Flaherty and his wife Cherrie of Kennebunk ME Frederick Flaherty and his wife Kathleen of Dorchester MA Robert Flaherty and his wife Laurie of Howey in the Hills FL and Gerard of Quincy MA as well as several nieces and nephews.
