Carol Ann Fink, 68 of Ormond Beach, FL passed away February 12, 2015 at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, Daytona Beach. She was born June 24, 1946 in Pittsburgh, PA. Carol was a third grade elementary teacher at Tomoka Elementary School where she thought of her students as "Her Kids". As Carol was growing up, she loved traveling to her parent's home in the mountains.

She and her husband relocated to Volusia County in 1966 from Pittsburgh, PA, she went on to earn her Master's Degree in Education from the University of Central Florida. She was one of the original tennis members at Indigo, and would never miss any of her kids soccer matches. She was a parishioner at St. Brendan Catholic Church, an active golfer, a great tennis player, and enjoyed fishing, boating and scuba diving. She also loved to play bridge, and belonged to a bridge club along with her husband for 30 years. She was also an incredible cook and loved music, specifically the "Oldies" from the 1950 and 60's.

Carol is survived by her husband of 48 years, William Fink, Ormond Beach, her sons, Wesley (Wendy) Fink of St. Petersburg, FL and Jason (Kristin) Fink of Harrisburg, VA, by her sister, Jean Berry, Marianna, PA, and five grandchildren, Elisabeth, Karinna, Joseph, Abigail, and Hadley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Martha (Compel) Gurcak.

Visitation will be held on Sunday February 15th between the hours of 3~6 pm at Lohman Funeral Home; 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 16th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Brendan Catholic Church; 1000 Ocean Shore Blvd. Ormond Beach.
