Carol Carlon (nee Mamon), 76, of Ormond Beach, FL passed away on December 26, 2023. She was born on January 3, 1947 in Niagara Falls, NY to parents Walter Joseph Mamon and Jessie Ann Zanski. Carol was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School and worked at Publix Supermarkets for 36 years. She enjoyed the company of her many pets, cooking/baking for her family, gardening, dancing to her favorite music, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Carol is predeceased by her parents and her brother, Jeffrey Mamon. Survived by her loving husband, Richard J. Carlon, children; Glenn (Melanie) Szafran, Dennis (Mary) Szafran, and Michelle (Brian) Schrunk. Grandchildren; Marci, Trista, Brandon, Kobe, and Casey, siblings; Michelle Callaway and Walter Mamon, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona. A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM. The funeral service will follow at 1:30 PM and Carol will be laid to rest at Daytona Memorial Park.
