Carol Brentson 70 of Port Orange entered into Eternal Rest Wednesday January 25 2012 at her residence. Carol was born on July 14 1941 in Akron Ohio the daughter of the late James William and Lillian (Dawson) McClune. She was united in marriage to Robert S. Brentson on November 27 1964 in Miami Florida. They were happily united as one for 47 years.

Carol is survived by her husband Robert; daughter Cherie Johnson (Mark Neal and daughter Charla) of Fort Walton Beach; sister June Eileen Fox of Pittsburgh Pa.; brother in law Richard Brentson of Miami Fl. as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews.

As per Carol's wishes services will be private. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Baggett & Summers Funeral Home.
