Carla Buckner age 68 of South Daytona passed away on Friday November 18 2011. Services will be private. Carla was born in Elwood Indiana to Loren and Valora Derrickson she dedicated her strong organizational skills to the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles and the Volusia County Sheriff's Department and was a member of First Baptist Church of S. Daytona. She enjoyed playing poker animals NASCAR and spending time with her grandsons. She was firm in her convictions loving strong and faithful. Her beloved husband Bob Buckner and a brother preceded her in death and she leaves behind her parents a daughter: Lynne (Jack) Donahue a sister; Elaine Derrickson 2 grandsons: Nicholas and Michael Donahue and several additional family by marriage.
